WØRK is a queer woman-owned business born right here in DC, and is now the first fitness studio in Union Market hosting classes 7 days a week.

It’s our belief that our only purpose is to shift energy - to help our athletes tap into their limitless potential.

We’ve spent our lifetimes learning the science and expertise behind elite athletic training so we could create a safe environment for every person to do their own WØRK.

We even tailor every group workout to each individual’s needs - to make sure everyone has the room to explore what’s possible.

Our approach is unlike any other fitness studio, and as a result, we’ve grown the most inclusive, supportive and strong community of athletes in DC.
