TEST DAY: The NFL Combine for the Everyday Athlete

If there’s one thing I learned during the pandemic, it's that milestones are essential to commemorating progress. The incremental feeling of progress can be elusive if we don’t mark down what we’re working towards and revisit it.

WHAT IS Test Day? 

My goal as Coach is to give each athlete a program tailored to their goals and the best way to do that is to test and record your current fitness level, or as I like to call it: energy output.

Test Day is a chance for you to develop a baseline of fitness that you can build off.

If you know where you’re starting, you can measure your personal progress over time

This is an opportunity for athletes to truly challenge their strength, agility, and explosiveness.

You’ll receive recorded results in real time and that data will also help me continue developing a progressive plan to help each of you reach your personal fitness goals.

What to Expect

You’ll warm up and then progress through five challenges that test your upper body strength, lower body strength, power and agility. Each test will allow you to measure your current fitness level. It’s an NFL combine for the everyday athlete that includes:

  • 40 Yard Dash

  • Heavy Sled Push

  • Broad Jump

  • 5-10-5 Drill

  • Heavy Bench Press

We’ll host Test Day every three months on a Saturday. You and your team will rotate through testing together and receive your data in real time. You can book this like any other class!
