ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM
six week training program: april 12 - may 24, 2021
It’s finally here. Your chance to (virtually) meet a new team that provides the accountability to push you through six weeks of crushing goals and getting STRONGER. Ends one week before Memorial Day.
What to expect
I’ll provide you six weeks of science-based strength and conditioning workouts for you to do at your own pace, in your own space - which is hopefully outside now that it’s Spring!
There are on-demand videos of all of the movements and modifications for your reference, but we’ll demo over video chat and text periodically to make sure you’re feeling strong in your form.
We’ll kick off as a group on April 12 and talk through initial questions and then continue to meet 2x/week via video for both workout progression and mindset check-ins.
You’ll be connected with your teammates in a private group on social media to share the experience and cheer each other on, as well as be paired with a teammate for additional 1:1 support.
what’s INCLUDED
An e-book containing six weeks of strength and conditioning workouts, as well as a workbook for keeping track of wins, trends, and personal insight into mindset
Access to on-demand videos of movements within each workout. You’ll use these as a reference, not as a follow-along
1 LIVE workout per week = 6 classes included!! Thursdays at 5:30PM
Hands-on accountability with me, Coach Katie. You’ll have 24/7 access to me for questions via text
Team video meetings 2x/week held Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30PM EST, which can be flexible according to your time zone:
Mondays: Workout progression check-in
Wednesdays: Mindset and goals check-in
Access to a private social media group for support, tips and additional accountability outside of the video check-ins
A 1:1 accountability teammate to cheer on and lean on

I started training with Katie when she first moved to DC and I was still in Maine. I was a former college athlete who was close to 300 lbs and finally realized it was time to time for a change. I had never worked with a virtual trainer before but from the moment I started I felt her presence and constant support with every movement and workout I completed.
We started with the basics - workouts and instructional videos to go along with them. We sent constant texts, phone calls and even video chats helping to clarify any questions or worries I had. She helped to show me the importance of not just spending 40 minutes on a cardio machine and calling it a day but mixing up my workouts with resistance and weight training. I started to feel a sore I hadn’t felt since college and I couldn’t get enough! I was hooked! She was right there to answer any questions I had and to modify anything I felt was too much.
Before I could even feel like a certain movement or weight was becoming “easier” Katie was right there telling me to increase my intensity or weight. She knew when to push me before I even knew when to push and it gave me that competitive spirit I hadn’t had since college. Striving to reach the next level made me push myself that much harder and showed me I wasn’t as weak or out of shape as I kept telling myself I was.
I can proudly say that with Katie’s help I went on to lose 85 lbs and gained a new leg on life. I can walk into a store and actually go shopping! It brings me to tears to this day... she may not know it but Katie helped save my life.

Hi, I’m Coach Katie for those of you who haven’t met me yet. I’m a firm believer in training for life rather than working out until hitting your goal ‘finally allows you’ to stop. These athletes didn’t come from the train for life mindset, but by the time we were done working together, that changed. Seeing these online athletes meet and exceed their own expectations was a dream come true for me, and I look forward to getting to do it with you.

This program is science-based. If you commit to going ALL IN, I’m right there with you and you will see progress, gains, losses, and come out on the other side knowing you have achieved more than you thought you could. You’ll also come out with a team of new friends from all over who will continue to root you on past the program.
